I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Levanto and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect - situated right in the center of town, close to the train station and just a short walk to the beach. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations for food and nearby hiking trails. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Another highlight was the attention to detail in the rooms. Despite not being a 3-star hotel, the rooms were well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was evident that the hotel took pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Finally, the breakfast offered was a delightful surprise. Unlike the negative reviews I read, I found it to be more than just a packaged meal. It was a simple but satisfying start to the day, providing a variety of options to suit different tastes. All in all, I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel - it truly offered great value for money and I would definitely choose to stay there again.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was faultless.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to both the train station and the beach. the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with impressive facilities, such as air conditioning and private patios. the host is incredibly helpful, providing maps and lists of local restaurants. Although breakfast is pre-packaged, the coffee and fresh croissants available are worth the few extra euros.
The check-out process could be slightly easier and more streamlined.

Everything is so close! The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the train station, the beach, and the city center. The room was sparkling clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. I loved the fact that breakfast was delivered to the room the night before, and that I could also get fresh croissants and coffee at the nearby cafe. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of tips for hiking and biking trails and the best food spots around.
Nothing, everything was great!

Great location close to the train station and the beach, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the room was modern, clean, and had a nice terrace to sit out on. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was hot outside.
Breakfast was a letdown , it was pre, packaged and lacked variety. We had to go to a nearby cafe to get proper coffee and fresh croissants, which was a bit of a hassle.
